Pastor Deborah Belle Holland

Pastor Deborah Holland was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She grew up in the church under her father, the late Pastor Wendell B. Belle Sr. and her mother, Dr. Laverne R. Belle.

As a child, she understood the value of ministry and when she was a teenager she felt God calling her to a deeper relationship with Him. She was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit on January 10, 1992. Ministry has been her main focus in life and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

On July 26, 1997, she married the love of her life, Pastor Sean Holland, and knew God had a special call on their lives when God joined them together in holy matrimony. She has two children, Maliyah Holland and the late Sean Allen Holland Jr. (S.J). Pastors Sean and Deborah founded Oasis Family Worship Center in June 2012, where they pastor together. Oasis has been a place known to advance the Kingdom of God by teaching the Word of God and empowering people to live according to the scriptures.

After having a desire to birth a women’s ministry, Pastor Deborah founded No Sista Left Behind (NSLB) in 2013 and has taken NSLB to Ohio, Virginia, and Michigan. Her vision has been to awaken an army of prophetic women to arise, stand in position, and take their rightful place in the Kingdom. NSLB equips women with the necessary tools to walk in complete victory in every area of their lives and encourages women to build quality relationships to enhance unity.

Along with Pastor Deborah helping others in reaching their destiny in Christ, she is a licensed Ohio Realtor and has worked in the nonprofit sector for 12 years. She counts it a privilege and honor to serve in all areas of her life.

Katy Calabrese

After a lifetime of faking perfection and clawing her way up the corporate ladder, Katy decided to drop the curtain and get real with her friends, her family, and most importantly, herself. A self-professed, raging workaholic and obsessive perfectionist, she is intimately familiar with failure and maybe not so familiar with herself.

As she fully embraces entering this #seasonofkaty, she is learning that the laundry is better off almost always, almost done and life is more and more about purpose and family, and less and less about success and public opinion. An expert in all things Super Mario Bros. and old school Nintendo, she loves hanging at home with her newlywed husband, twin sons and teenage daughter, giant wannabe-chihuahua 150lb. dog/chicken Gambit, one very large bearded dragon, Cricket, a handful of mostly alive fish and one barely deserves to be mentioned, annoyingly lacking in personal space, black cat, Leo.

With over a decade of experience in sales and marketing, Katy was recently recognized as 2016 Inside Business Women in Business honoree. An avid writer, Katy was the original writer behind the mommy blog, Chaos & Kiddos, and has contributed to a variety of respected media outlets, including Scott’s Local Business Corner: The Drive, The Huffington Post, The International Bloggers Association, She Knows: Experts Among Us,, The Female Entrepreneur Association, Inside Business, Curatti, UK Linkology, This Woman Can and more. Dee Dee Parker

Dee Dee Parker’s passion is memory preservation. What does that mean? It means Dee Dee is an expert in memory-keeping products such as photos and videos. In 1999, she founded Lasting Legacies to help others tell their stories to the next generation.

Everyone has different ways to keep, organize, display, and share their own story. Through her work at Lasting Legacies, Dee Dee has helped many families to locate, organize, convert, store, and preserve their most precious memories.

In 2018, Dee Dee co-founded Mission Movin’ Moms in order to help other females not only capture their family’s memories, but to teach them how to create keepsakes that their families would look back on for years to come.

Because Dee Dee knows that life is a journey, she wants to encourage you that there can be joy in the journey regardless of the circumstances. In her own life, she has been no stranger to difficult family times. While working through a strained marriage, Dee Dee’s love of children was what expanded their family from two biological children to five. During a period in which she and her husband took temporary custody of a former friend’s children, God begin to work a miracle in their marriage. Today, Dee Dee’s daughters are living a life of their own and the children taken in by her and her husband are now back with their family. But oh, the memories that were created during that time!

Dee Dee summarizes it best: “I believe these last 5 years has been a process that is continuing to turn me into the beautiful teacup God always intended for me to be.” Join Dee Dee for her breakout session, The Process is Real and Necessary – Choose Joy in the Journey, and let Dee Dee share her story of grace and redemption with you!
